The Pets Place Animal Hospital

I’ve taken my cats to the pets place over a spread of 10 years. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with them. They clearly care about and know how to handle a variety of animals. My cats Lucy and Wednesday were very comfortable in their hands. They’re very open about costs and recommendations and have pretty fast but attentive service. If you need your pets checked, the Pet Place is the BEST place

I started taking my super senior there during Covid because my previous vet's office was a mess and wouldn't see her. I moved all my pets there after that visit. The staff and the doctors are wonderful. Everyone is kind, helpful and don't over-treat your animals. Pricing at the vets office is always expensive but I think they do well at being reasonable. They're a busy office and are harder to get into these days but I'm anxiously waiting for the new facility and maybe another doc to help keep the wait time for appointments less and a bigger waiting room. Overall these folks get an A for quality of treatment and kindness of staff and docs. They have full grooming, boarding and daycare as well.

I use to work for this place a little over 10 years ago and they were really caring veterinarians. A decade later I am married with my own fur babies and living in Riverside. I had nothing bad to say about TPPAH so the hubby and I have been taking our baby there. I have not been disappointed. They don’t rush me or make me feel like I am wasting their time. They ask questions and listen which is really nice. I ask a lot of questions and they never get frustrated. Trusting my Vets intentions and skills are important to me. My dog is my service dog so she is more than my best friend I need her and she is attached to me. Even after 10+ years they are still great vets with more experience.

I am writing for my experience with my pet here in 2020, my dog with parvo was put away in a back room in the dark cold to die alone they did not care for my pet he was in pain in cold air and to top it off he had vomit all over him and the stupid nurse showered him and put him back in the cold room to die she only showered him because I was going to pick him up or else he would of had vomit all over him and pee and poo my poor baby I brought him there to be taken care of and he was left to die my regret is bringing him here when I picked up my pet he was half dead in the third day I came to check on him. FYI the second day I came to see him and I was not allowed to see my pet at all! And by the third he was allowed to come home all cold and wet just to die at home he was so bony it was such a horrible tragedy that happened in 15 minutes as soon as I took him home the nurse handed him to me as if he was just a rag no care or emphaty at all my baby came home in so much pain and he died 15 minutes after arriving home. If I would of know this treatment his chances of surviving at home would of been 10000 percent more better but I trusted this cold hearted people with my pet for better survivals little did I know was they just took your money and left your dog in a back room all the way in a back house alone without care in just an IV. I hate this clinic forever and I suggest if your dog is sick absolutely do not leave him here to stay find somewhere else or treatment at home please I beg you!!
